Unless the door is locked, you simply turn the nob, and walk out. If you're tangled in something, or the door is locked, yell and bang on the door until someone comes and take you out.
Seriously, tell my sisters, and have them tell my parents.
Just tell them, you're an adult if they try to kill you, just call the police.
