Only I read something about a slight risk of thrombosis

I've also noticed other limbs developing a tendency to cramp up, like my fingers or arm. The other day I was chopping vegetables and i had to put the knife down because my fingers seized up. Is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks
my sis is preggo and she had an issue liek that. she goes to a naturopath and she was told it was because of deficiencies in magnesium and calcium..

anyway! its beautiful out today
