I mean doesn't it make you sick looking at UFC fighting... they basically fight in their underpants and grapple each other into submission. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was fake and all planned ahead of time.

How can you not be impressed with the amount of absolute force his one kick carries?
I'm trying to locate the Fight Science video where they slow down a elbow hit and you can see the mans muscles RIPPLE down his side and back. They literally ripple.
I can not wait to start training.
