There are plenty of dance acts on-stage in the hip-hop / R&B scene that simulate sex and rape scenes, and it is done with consent of all parties involved. And its nothing new either, when I was in highschool over ten years ago they were doing it in the talent shows, and it just went mainstream from there and you can see it plenty of music videos nowadays.

The girl clearly didn't look like she was protesting or trying to stop it.
