and you forgot...GP is always a good bet too and from my recent experience at Travel Immunization Clinic (our health care doesn't cover stuff like that) that guy makes good bucks for having his own private clinic and give out shots for $180 or more for each vaccine. boring but worthed to pay back the debts.
