Its more difficult for them to match into American residencies because the programs discriminate against foreign grads. The more competitive the field, the harder it gets. The more competitive the programs within a field, the harder it gets. Ultimately though, I think most of the ones who graduate end up matching. And there are always a few who get into derm or radiology or whatever.
