i literally eat breakfast in the car on my way to work, which usually means it's like a granola bar or something.
lately i've switched to yogurt container and a banana (or other fruit), but i get soooo hungry like 2 hours later and CAN'T snack while at work (i work in a lab -- no food allowed).
suggestions? i have a wheat sensitivity so nothing with wheat (ie, no oatmeal) in it, please! i'd like to keep bfast under 300 cal

i'd be willing to try to wake up a bit earlier to make something...
