waves: - If you buy furniture from thrift stores or flea markets, you can give them a makeover by staining or painting them. Make sure you sand the furniture and use a primer before you stain or paint though. You can also reupholster any furniture with fabric from discount stores, and a staple gun.

I went to a flea market today with my mother-in-law. She bought us a few pieces for the house. I can't wait to refurbish them. I'll try to take before and after pictures.

And oh my gosh I'm moving out in like two weeks.
