I haven't tried this yet but it sounds good:
Balsamic Vinaigrette
3/4 cup balsamic
2 tabpn Dijon mustard
1.5 tabs basil, chopped
1 tabs chopped parsley
1.5 teas mild honey
1/4 teas chives
1/4 teas minced shallot
1/4 teas minced garlic
1/8 teas Tabasco
1 cup Canola oil
Pulse all, except oil, with 1/2 teas of salt and 1/2 teas pepper in food processor til combined. With motor running, add oil in slow stream and combine. Season with salt and put in airtight container. Chill til ready to use.
