it shouldn't matter if shes the senior RA because she can't treat you that way. A lot of residents make mistakes or get in trouble for violating some rule and managment usually doesn't hold a grudge against them, but if you don't feel comfortable telling your hall director what happened then dont. But just know that you do have every right to.
