Sumi, I use the regular strength of jolen bleach. One hint that I found works for my sensitive skin is to totally disregard their instructions. They suggest one part powder to two parts cream and leaving it one for ten minutes. If I use that, my skin practically gets burned off instead of the hair getting bleached.

I double the amount of cream, so that it's one part powder to 4 parts cream, and I leave it on for at least 20 mins. This gets the hair without burning off my skin (or my eyes and nose...too much). It's still irritating, but far more tolerable.
I try to do it every one to two weeks, because if I go too much longer, I end up with certain areas that don't bleach well (and then I have to do it on consecutive days).
Also, be careful if you have acne. Now matter how you mix it, the bleach will burn like hell on zits.
