I throw magazines away.

I borrow books from the library and only purchase ones I know I love enough to read over and over.

I throw away old notes I took for classes. chances are, if I really want to look up a fact it'll be in the textbook.

I clean out my closet twice a year in spring and fall and donate things I won't wear to goodwill.

I clean out my makeup once a year. I clean out my hair products when the drawers are so full that they're jamming shut.
