I don't really know. Logically speaking I would have thought the list would be about the same, but I don't understand the American psyche as much as I do the British one. Also, when I see American news coverage of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan they're quite different from the way it's shown on British media, so I imagine that would have some kind of impact.
