i was running today and i felt a weird cramp/pull in my calf muscle. so i stopped and stretched (stretched again, i had stretched before i started) then continued. a few minutes later i felt a really sharp pain...i think i pulled my calf muscle, it hurts to even walk now. its my own fault, i should have just stopped after the first one.
this happened this afternoon but alhamdulillah its starting to feel a tiny bit better, im hoping itll feel a lot better by saturday cuz i have work this weekend. i rarely sit down at all at work, im always standing/moving around and it would really suck to have to do that while in pain.
