last time..

i stir fried some green and red bell peppers and chopped onions and
added meatballs to it. it was a hit..(it was a side dish with my white rice of course!)

i can't think of anything else with meat..depends what kinda meat you have in the kitchen.

thanks for the lil recipes. i don't really cook. but when presented with extreme cases of hunger, i've been known to prove to my family that i'm not completely useless in the kitchen and i'll make something from scratch (the first time i made a roti was because i was hungry and pissed off), so i would have actually used this recipe, but i found some open late joint around my way, and yes, i'm taking the easy way out. thanks again though. maybe next time.
