quick things my friends and i used try.....
1 slice of bread
2 tsp of shredded cheese
1 tsp of tomato sauce
you can microwave it for a minute or two...if you can't oven bake it..
add some chopped green onion and black pepper and/or chopped parsley..inotherwords, watever u've as your spices.
voila..ready to serve..
or if you' want a healthy snack..
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tsp of honey
1/2 sliced apples
4-5 grapes
mix 'em up in a bowl..you got urself a hearty snack!
