just got back from the gym
i only had liek an hour today, so all i did was cardio. half hour treadmill (running real fast, speed walking, in intervals) and a half hour of elliptical
i feel better when i do weights + cardio. but i guess this is alright since im going in the morning (if i can wake up!)
poopie fattyness. IM GETTING LYPO.
