My husband has asked me twice 'are you sure you want to go?' and I said yes. My reasoning is that this guy is really close to my husband (they even used to be roommates) and he's getting married. 5, 10 years down the line when we're all over at each others' houses it will be really weird to think that I didn't go to their wedding...my husband's best friend's wedding. But I'm still undecided

I've been in a situation similar to that. I actually did attend my hubby's close friend's wedding. All his college friends where there and i was sitting at a table just hanging out ...but thank god my sis-in-law and her friend were there..and we drank too many mango lassis, but we left early cuz i was sick w/a cold. Being at the wedding sorta sucked, cuz i didn't know anyone.
Give it a shot..you might enjoy it..and if you dont... you can alway pull the headache excuse hehe
