for those who've been to Hajj/Umrah: what kinda menstrual contraceptives have you used and how did you find them? oral: 2x day/pills...too annoying....depo shot: side effects?  most importantly: were there any irregularites in your cycle afterwards?

well i took pills every 12 hours. but they didnt really work. Alhumdulillah we were in madinah at that time and hajj hadnt started yet. but yeah. no irregularities after that, alhumdulillah
