I think this is such a stupid idea. If they really want to target consumers who don't want to spend a lot of gas, then they should invest in hybrids, fuel-cells or electric cars.

A consumer would save $400 a year with this gas card, but the same amount of money can be saved if the vehicle achieves just 3mpg more.
