i see. but i think there are alot of turkish schools, not just the Gulen ones. For example, the one i know was set up by some turks within an existing system of private schools, and its totally non-religious. Anyway, it was just an observation, I really dont know whether Turkey promotes international schools or not... if they dont, they should!
