A Masjid should be free of politics and a place of sojood. I'll read the article insha'Allah.

How come I never see things like that when I go to Pakistan? (True, some mosques in Pakistan are WEIRD and they won't let women in for some reason) but the ones I've been in are pretty normal (aka, no random flags on the floor for you to step on). And I agree with whoever made the comment about Pakistanis being dressed in western clothing- thats quite common as well. You see men in the mosques praying in jeans and a t-shirt. Just because this guy ran into some kabootar, doesn't mean that the majority of the population holds the same view. But thats what this article makes it seem like.

I dislike the slant of this article. Its painting the same picture again- of this intolerant country with a bunch of fundos running around. Sorry, I don't see it. I see a country made up of mostly laid back, friendly people, who are more concerned with living their own lives then promoting "extremism".
