Hmmm i just posted an ad for one of my places to rent.. and got this i'm a lil unsure as to whether this is even real. Obviously, i've removed some of the details just in case it is but i dunno isnt this a lil overly frendly for a person who wants a room to rent??!

Also it might be of your interest to know that a certified bank check drawn on a UK bank will be issued to you in an excess amount , in which the excess funds will be sent to back to me or my travel agent after you might have deducted your original amount will be sent to me via Money Gram transfer. The excess amount is meant for my traveling allowance , flight ticketing and other expenses.
