I sent her an polite but firm Email (bcc'd my mom) and told her to not bother replying if she didn't have anything positive to say. Surprise, surprise, no reply. I don't know how else to teach her a lesson. My whole family is at a loss with her behavior generally. Even my bro was like "ya, I just don't know..."
