, I tried my hand out at outlining my entire eye, but I tried it with liquid eyeliner
and kohl.
Maybe I should do the top line thicker and smudge the bottom line more? I'm really trying to get the hang of this liquid eyeliner but it's no easy stuff.
Also, I have almond shaped eyes and I think by lining both the top
and bottom, it makes them appear smaller. Not sure if that's a good thing?
I am so undecided when it comes to liquid eyeliner.
Constructive criticism would be appreciated.
