kashi + silk vanilla

2 slices (a little too much but whatever)

spicy mustard all wrapped up in realllly nice tasting low carb whole wheat tortilla wrap

then i had an apple!

and

i just had some of this vanilla oatmeal with a few melted dark chocolate chips. amazing how just a few of them can enhance the flavor of what you're eating
