EDIT: yessss i moved alhamdulillah and found this room i'd never seen before. It's a library type setting in the union with pin drop silence and a huge heavy door and lots of ppl are studying in here. inshallah it stays quiet like this..

When I used to study - which was rare, I found it really annoying when people would be typing. I couldn't stand the noise of the clicking keys. Anyway, maybe the guy has/had an uncontrollable breathing problem. My nephew makes a "surring" sound when he breathes. He can't control it because he has a trach.
