so im thinking...there must be a way to stop ''involuntarily rear expulsions'' during childbirth. I mean, there's no question of kicking out everyone except the midwife if there's no way to stop it. i was born in dubai (firstborn) because my dad worked there and they admitted my mom to the hospital several days before. She said they starved her and only gave her crackers and water for like 3 days leading up to the birth and my dad had to sneak up little things so she wouldnt go nuts with hunger. i will have to ask her if the cutting down of food helped the situation b/c i know she's told me that "it happens" and "its normal" but there is no way i ever want to do that in front of people (not that im gonna let anyone except my husband be in there anyway but its still gross and embarrassing...which makes me curious..).

To all the ladies who have had babies in here, who do you allow/not allow into the delivery room and why? Ladies who are expecting, who are you going to allow/not allow? And everyone else too, what's your opinion?
