So, I finally learned the art of brewing.

Before being lazy, I used to dump the bag/loose tea into the pot and leave it in with boiling water.

It turns out, it's best to wait couple of minutes after the water boils so the temp can drop a bit, pour it into the cup, and then put the tea bag. wow

For white tea, 3-5 minutes of brewing is preferred. For green, ~2 min.
