Parsnips are okay right ??
So nobody answered my question and guess what I just ate?
So after eating , I decide to google, and guess what I find out?
"during the middle ages before potatoes were deemed edible, parsnips were used as a source of starch in our diets"

Tell me it's not true people, tell me it's not true!

Okay so this sucks.
Anyways, heba that sounds delish.
I went out kinda late, so by the time I finished giving my CV's out, Iceland was closed so I didnt buy any food.

Shopping list:
Peppers
Mushrooms
Cheese
Avocados
Hummus
Some kind of non-iceberg lettuce
Spaghetti squash
S.hitaki noodles
Cod
Chicken seasoning
Plain natural yoghurt
Fruit flavoured yoghurt
Asparagus
Tuna snack thingies
Feta cheese
Celery
Maybe some Low-Carb bread.
(Cream of ) Tomato soup
Anyone know of any other thick soups I can buy? Or make easily? Thanks

Edit: oh and dumbells!
