Your muscles aren't going to tear every time you work out. Light weights aren't going to be tearing up your muscles. It's good to consume carbs immediately after working out to help muscles recover and build, but if you're not trying to build muscle, it's not as important. Although on a ketogenic diet, you can consume a few g of simple carbs after an intense workout and still be ok. Your muscles will use minimal amounts of glycogen far more effectively than normal & it's not gonna knock you out of ketosis.

You might not perform at the same level you would while eating normally or eating big. Doesn't really matter though, you're looking for impact.
