i should be writing this in the health and fitness thread but oh well...i suck at running...SUCK...i always have. i can do other types of cardio like elliptical or aerobics just fine, but when it comes to running...i just have no stamina. so ive been trying to work on building my endurance the past few weeks...and i am finally able to run more than a mile without stopping to walk!  i know thats not much, but to me its awesome!

That is great! A mile is nothing to sneeze at. Maybe you can try to make a time goal (like 40 minutes). You could try running for 8 minutes and walking for two. Gradually, you can increase the running and decrease or eliminate the walking.
