InshAllah Im gonna switch meals. For sehri Ill eat my iftar and for iftar ill eat fruits and milk, and/or veggies (of course date and one or two appetizers like samosa ). 45 minutes before "iftar" ill do excercise and 1 hour after "iftar" ill do excercise. Inshallah it works.
