as for being a ho and a hijabi making one a hypocrite, that's a pretty common logical fallacy
hypocrisy would be if she condemned others for not wearing hijab while not wearing hijab herself, or if she condemned other hijabis for being hojabis while being a hojabi herself, and so on
people are only human & everyone has their flaws, but you do what you can. hijab is not only for sinless super-human females. hanbali's point is valid, and saying "LOL you used an Arabic word" or "LOL you heard that at juma" doesn't really refute the validity of it
