Ya, I gave up watching those scary movies because they give me nightmares. The Ring gave me nightmares but the WORST was The Grudge. I seriously couldn't sleep that night and all I kept hearing was the creepy "a.a.a.aaah" sound. Since then I refuse to watch those kinds f movies. They're from the shaytan I think.
