seriously though, i feel bad for people (like my parents) who eat rice daily. i think this would have especially hurt their wallets back when my brothers were teenagers and eating insane amounts of desi food all the time.
it's obviously not just rice and wheat either. our grocery bill, for only 2 people, has been going up and up lately, it's almost $75 per month more than before. alhamduillah though for having food, be it more expensive.
