It's gunna be awefully hard to import dogs into Pakistan. First, the dog has to survive the trip. They get put in with the baggage, and you wouldn't see them until you reached Pakistan. How would they eat in that time? Second is the problem of customs. I'm not sure if customs would allow live animals into the country.
