ive been reading a lot on ramadan and working out on google. some good advice from doctors in muslim countries. to avoid gaining mad weight and avoid lethargy galore don't eat the entire meal right when you break your fast. or the body will save it all as fat because you've been starving for a good while. break your fast with a date, go pray and stuff (hey it's sunnah this way too, plus maghrib time doesnt last for too long) and then eat a light meal. move around some more then come back 2 hrs later and eat some fruit or something. the key is to eat enough to replenish your body but not all in one sitting as people do normally during ramadan.

what else? happy fasting-working-out, all! eat well. stay hydrated.
About time you're back meh
