there's nothing wrong with weight training on a ketogenic diet. it can only help, since after a period of low carbing your metabolism slows down and muscle starts wasting.. weightlifting counteracts both of those things. though you'll probably retain a little more muscle on a low carb diet than you would on a low calorie diet, even without weightlifting.
