im not doing it forever. 4 weeks (semi)hardcore. thats all. then im going to start eating brown rice, wheat pasta, bread, etc. just minimal amounts.
right now every morning or so with my eggs i have half a slice of wheat bread. and then drink a protein shake. and i eat some fruit here and there. and when i look at ingredients of the things i eat theres always SOME carb in it...its not like i have 0 in me, ya know? i appreciate the concern though, really
