displaced: I just walked 4 miles on the treadmill. I've been good these past 1.5 weeks. I've worked out almost every day.

4miles? Damn. How long did it take you and at what speed? And what the hell did you do to not get bored??

I just started doing 30mins on the treadmill. I get bored so quickly, but I found this option where it changes up the incline. I also have my cellphone with me, texting helps pass the time. I'm hoping next week to go up to 45mins and basically each week add 15mins.

I want to hit up a boxing gym.
