today i put a LITTTLE bit of balsamic vinegar and mrs.dash no salt spices on my chicken. it was kinda delish. or you can buy a spice called montreal chicken. thats good too. and i grilled cherry tomatoes with it and ate steamed veggies and salad. it was yuuum

i cant remember what its called..ill find out and let you know. its just a can of tuna but its snack size and u can open it without a can opener lol. next time you go grocery shopping look in the tuna area youll see it.
