chick peas are pretty starchy, except i been eating some every now and then
put grilled chicken on top of your salad and drink a bottle of water with it. itll fill you up if theres enough of it. and dont use too much dressing either, thats a biggg part. if you do use oil+garlic+vinegar type of dressing or balsamic or LIGHT italian, nothing creamy because thats really fatty.
for breakfast i usually have a protein shake or something, or i boil eggs. or make an omellette with minimal olive oil. i like eggs+asparagus+mushrooms+red pepper. its delicious. and eat it with a fork. its feeling if you eat enough, plus a bottle of water.
yesterday i ate salad and shish kabobs. dipped them in hummus (even though i wasnt supposed to). and drnak lots of water.
aaannd the other day i went to the keg and i got yummy creole chicken, its grilled, with tomatoees and shrimp and scallops on top. with a salad on the side. and water. lol.
anyway yeah, its not THAT hard to cut out carbs. my diet also includes cutting out salt so thats the hardest part for me. and if youre eating an insane amount of protein liek i am make sure youre working out as well.
ohh and for snacks, i bought these little tuna things from the store. theres different flavours, the other day i had spicy thai

it was yummy. so thats a good thing to sanck on if you like to snack. and i cut up fresh mushrooms and cucumbers and cherry tomatoes to snack on too.
basically, life sucks. so if youre skinny already screw this diet. lol
