Assalamualaykum,
So some* girls in fph mentioned it really works, so I thought maybe I’d try it out. But what do people eat on low carb/starch diets???
My life revolves around carbs/starchy foods so I have NO idea. Even when I used to be on a low calorie diet before, my breakfast would be ricecakes, snacks would be water-crackers etc, there's like a mainly-carb food in everything I eat.
I was thinking about making a list of what I could eat yesterday, but instead the thought of not eating carbs led me to eat 6 carb filled meals

I bet everything I mention will end up having a lot of carbs that I dont know about.
Breakfast: yoghurt and fruit?
Parsnip chips (maybe grilled?)
Stuffed Peppers (what do you stuff em with?)
Does corn stuff have a lot of carb? What about cous cous?
