Like if i were to try a medium sized anything from a muslim store, the sleeves and length would be great, but it would be tighter from certain areas, making them very prominent... and if I go a size larger, the overall frame would fit but the sleeves and length would be too long (because Im short ), making it seem really, really ill fitted.

*sigh* my problem's somewhat opposite. I find that sleeves are often too short and the "torso" area and bust is always too loose compared to the sleeves (I guess I have monkey arms? ). A size bigger doesn't help at all. I think most clothes seem to be designed for small-statured, short-armed skinny desis and not us tall Amazonian types
