Hey salaams,

Not sure if anyone has responded to this but you cannot just do any exercises. From the little knowledge I have on the topic, you really should speak to your doctor about this and even then be cautious. My trainer at the gym became pregnant as we were working out together. Her husband is a doctor and so he limited her from straining her abdomen area at all for at least the first three months even though she's in fantastic shape mA and works out regularly and has for years.

You really should try to find a class specifically pregnant women especially if you have not been working out regularly. Just please please please be careful even if you don't feel like you're pushing your self hard iA.
