He is saying he's retiring from bball and switching to roller hockey because "the skate supports your ankle"....yea and what about the 100 other injuries that could take place (cracked head, twisted knee, broken arm.. yea inshallah he'll listen! just keep nagging, its for his own good

knees...they seem to me the worst and hardest injury to come back from. my right knee was injured in December and it would just not heal.
finally went to the doctor...i know stupid, and now its almost back to normal alhumdillah after a couple weeks of therapy stuff and ibuprofen.
I will be wearing those brace thingies for it now though.
gonna try some full court ball on Sunday and inshallah it'll hold up.

p.s.
any you guys get knee injuries just wait until its fully healed inshallah before going back out! sucks to keep re injuring it for months.
