No, Winston Churchill is your competency score. You know, it gives you the final score, and then tells you what competency level you played at. So, Dan Quayle is the lowest, and Julius Caeser is at the to. Churchill is like #4 from the top, which means I did really well.
I can't remember which civ I was playing.
If you get bored playing Saladin, there is also Mansa Musa of the Mali empire.
