Also, in order to teach children, in the UK at least, you have to go through a much more rigourous training and qualification. You need to get a degree in education, and how to deal with children, and their particular issues and needs.

Same with teaching in America. You can't get a teaching degree for high school education in America. Its more of a career track. You have to major in something like English, Bio, etc. I don't remember exactly because my degree is in teaching the babies .

Jamroll, seriously, forget about adult education. You should teach elementary school. The children would worship you! Especially since many don't have a father figure type. The problem is that guys shy away from teaching because of the pay and the issues with sex abuse accusations.
