This is where I think a two-state solution might come in handy.

One state could be for Hamas, the settlers, anyone who want's a winner-take-all-cage-match solution and let them duke it out. Then the other state could be for the cool headed people on both sides who are interested not in whether a jew or muslim is in power, but just want to get on with their lives.

Dubai could send someone over to build an island in the shape of a peace sign just off the shore, and that's where all the undecideds can live.
